Jetpack Can't Communicate with WordPress.com behind ISA 2004 Server

    Tried to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com and got the following error:

    Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host. couldn’t connect to host

    Having similar issues with Askimet server communication, theme & plugin surf & install from WP Themes or Plugin console.

    Any clues would be appreciated would be happy to provide wp setting or php.ini file to anyone willing to help me figure out this bug with running WordPress behind a Microsoft ISA 2004 server
