    Hi there! It looks like there are a couple JavaScript errors on your site. I suspect these are responsible for the trouble you’ve been having with Carousel.

    Can you please deactivate all plugins on your site, and see if that resolves the issue? If it does, then activate them one at a time to determine which is causing the conflict.

    Let me know how that works for you, and we can go from there!

    Thank you! This worked.

    The offending plugin was called “WPAudio.” I also deleted a few others that we no longer need.

    I thought I had already tried this, but I must not have been careful enough.
