Jetpack Casuing Slider Javascript conflict

    I have a custom website build. everything works fine before installing the Jetpack Plugin. But once i installed and activated it, there started the problem with the silder. The is not visible. It seems that Jetpack is blocking the Javascript for the slider. Well the slider is also a custom posttype.

    Please let me know for any help. Will display the website details privately.
