Jetpack caused Rich Editor on WP 4.4 not to work

I followed the advise of Michael on the thread above, and I was able to identify Jetpack as the cause.
1. I reverted back to 2015 theme, and deactivated all plugins.
2. I then activated the plugins one by one, and check if the rich editor will break.
3. After I activated Jetpack, the rich editor broke.
