Jetpack causing “editor has encountered an unexpected error”

    The Jetpack plugin is causing an error when trying to upload images via the Media Library option to the gallery block. When selecting more than 1 image and clicking “Insert Gallery” the editor returns “editor has encountered an unexpected error” with the “Copy Error” showing the following:

    I’ve had to deactivate jetpack in order to use the gallery block functionality.

    Hi @pehaa I appreciate you’re trying to help but your message seems to igore the back and forth I’ve had with several different plugin support staff where I covered off all the things you’ve requested. This issue has persisted and occurred with multiple versions of Jetpack. I’m using the automattic developed blockbase theme as the basis for my child theme. I deactivated all plugins to pinpoint Jetpack was the issue.

    Hi @reeyleow,

    Jetpack is fully compatible with WordPress and its Block Editor (which you must be using since you are adding a gallery block). I tested on the Blockbase theme and everything worked correctly.

    Please reach out to our support here, so you can share with us some access credentials so we can look into this more closely from our end.
