JetPack CDN not working on homepage but working everywhere else

JetPack Images CDN is not working on the main homepage of my website https://www.enlivish.com (the products slider for e.g.). But it’s working everywhere else on my website for e.g. https://www.enlivish.com/shop/single-name-necklace/18k-solid-gold-single-name-necklace/18k-real-gold-elegant-personalized-name-necklace/
Can somebody please help me to fix this.
