JetPack CDN vs W3 Total cache CDN

Hi.
I recently noticed that JetPack now also offers CDN functionality, which is great. I would just like to know if this would be compaitible with W3 Total cache’s CDN configuration, and if I already have a CDN configured, is it worth turning it on? Thanks for a great plugin.
