jetpack Comments Email notification

If you want to be notified by email of new comments, you need to check the right boxes on your Settings -> Discussion page:

Jetpack follows the settings from that page.

Thanks Richard — i’m actually receiving these email notices from jetpack BUT they are being sent to a DIFFERENT address than the one configured on the Settings > Discussion page (!). How is this even possible?

When you set up your contact form, did you include a different address in the Notifications tab of the contact form? See here for a screenshot:

If you didn’t set one up there, I’d be curious to see what you have on your Settings -> Discussion page.

Will this email notification be valid for pages also? Will it notify if a new page or menu is added; or does it only work for posts?
