    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you try to deactivate all Jetpack modules, one at a time, and let me know which one causes conflicts with the slider?
This should help us understand the issue, and see if there is something we can change on our end.

You can find out hw to deactivate Jetpack modules here:

jeremy, i did try disabling many of the modules, maybe not all of them, but certainly photon, forms & infinite scrolling.

i’m going to wait a few weeks and try reinstalling. i opened a ticket on the plugin support page for the easy nivo slider. for now we are leaving jetpack off. if the problem isn’t resolved i can try setting up a spec site and give you a login to try to troubleshoot.

I had another look at the site, and you seem to be using an old version of the Nivo Slider plugin: your site uses v2.5.1, while Nivo Slider 3.2 was released last week.

This old version of the plugin might conflict with jQuery 1.8.3, that comes bundled with WordPress since WordPress 3.5. You can read more about it here:

    Could you try to upgrade?

I am having the same problem but the nivo slider is part of my theme (Buffalo theme), not an added plugin. Is there anything I can do? I’d like to have the Jetpack stats back AND have the sliders working.

@scottnicole I would recommend that you contact the theme author and ask them to update their theme to use the latest version of the Nivo Slider plugin.

    Hello

I have problem in easy nivo slider that if I change images in post for slider then it is not affecting to slider. Slider is displaying old images which were added first time.

If anyone has solution please reply,
    Thanks

@kamal.r.php Could you make sure that you’re using the latest version of the Slider plugin? If you do and still experience issues, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/jetpack#postform

It would also help if you could post a link to your site in that new thread so I can have a closer look at the issue.

If you want your site to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    Thank you!
