Jetpack connected to old WordPress account
-
I had a WordPress.com website and activated Jetpack there, then I moved my custom .com domain to a new host and installed www.ads-software.com, which I’m currently running now. My Jetpack account displays on my new www.ads-software.com dashboard, but it displays as still connected to WordPress.com. All of the stats are still from WordPress.com, and I’m not able to connect Jetpack to Woocommerce. I’ve tried signing up for another free, basic Jetpack plan, but when I enter my url domain, it says: Good news, WordPress.com websites already come with Jetpack! However, though, my website is no longer a WordPress.com website and is hosted by DreamHost and is now a www.ads-software.com website with my custom domain I purchased and activated at WordPress.com. Does anyone have a fix for this? Automattic won’t reply to my emails because I cancelled my upgraded WordPress.com account and they only offer support to upgraded accounts. Thanks!
