Jetpack connection error

    I have two WordPress installations. One of them (www.learntodivetoday.co.za) is successfully running Jetpack. The second (www.learntodivetoday.co.za/blog) will not connect – I get the error “The registration secrets sent by your site do not match the ones the Jetpack server has on record.” Both sites have the same host. I have deactivated, uninstalled Jetpack multiple times and can’t get around this. Any suggestions please?

    Hey @clarelindeque,

    It looks like it’s been a while since the site at the blog subdirectory was connected to Jetpack properly; long enough that the connection had been purged from our system. We’ll need a bit more time to look into this, so can you please contact us at the form here? Make sure to link this thread in your ticket, and write to us from the email address you use on your WordPress.com account, so we can verify your ownership of these sites.
