“Failed fetching site data from WordPress.com (unknown_token). If the problem persists, try reconnecting Jetpack.”

I tried reconnecting but nothing happens. after reconnecting, it still says “Failed fetching site data from WordPress.com (unknown_token). If the problem persists, try reconnecting Jetpack.”

    Hey @anjanette,

It looks like there’s a GoDaddy firewall that’s blocking your connection to Jetpack. Please reach out to their support team and ask them to adjust the settings and/or allowlist our IP ranges. You can find the full list of our IPs here:

Let us know how it goes!

Hello, sorry for being MIA. I resolved this issue by deactivating and deleting WP Staging plugin. I figured out that the said plugin was causing the issue in jetpack.
