    I inserted a simple JetPack Contact form onto a page. When I publish the page the contact form comes up, but it is filled out with MY information. I want a blank form so the person contacting me can put their info in the blanks. Maybe I have this backwards? Can someone please help me get this right? Thanks. Mardi

    This is because you are logged in. Your information is automatically added because the form already knows who you are, without you having to enter those details. Try logging out and viewing the page.
