Jetpack contact form and “from” address.

I use the Jetpack contact form module for the contact us page on my site. The post SMTP plugin sends the contact messages fine to the email address defined in the contact form

However, the email sender on the posted form is always [email protected] , and not the email address entered by the sender of the message on the contact form.

I notice the “From Address” in the “message” section of the Post SMTP setup is “required.” What do I put in here to make the contact form message have the sender’s inputted email address from the form included as the “from” and “replyto” addresses, rather than [email protected] ? Is there a regex or some sort of code?
