To correct it try adding the following CSS code in the stylesheet file of your child theme or add it in the site using any of the following plugin.

#content{
background: #fff !important;
}

Adding this code made my whole background white. I just want the contace form background white. is their a css for that

In that case in the above code just change #content selector to #article-wrapper as following.

#article-wrapper{
background: #fff !important;
}
