    Hello,

Jetpack’s contact form seems to send form entry notifications not to the admin but to a former admin address.

The client wishes to receive the emails at the “[email protected]” but not as it is for now to my personal email address. I used to be the WordPress default admin but we’ve already changed this and, yes, approved the system message.

Other notifications (not from Jetpack) obviously are sent to the right address.

Did we miss any settings or what else can be done?

    Thank you in advance.
    Mathias

    Hi there,

Jetpack contact form notifications go to the email address that was specified for the form itself when it was originally created. If you didn’t specify one, the admin email for the site at the time would have been set.

To change that, edit the page itself, click on the contact form block (assuming you’re using the block editor), and in the block settings in the sidebar update the email. If you’re using the classic editor, click on the form and click the pencil icon to get to the form settings where you can change this.

Let us know if you run into any difficulty with this.
