Jetpack Contact Form not sending emails

Since the messages can be viewed under the Feedback tab in your dashboard, we know the form submission works and we can rule that out.

Since the Check Email plugin works, we know the email functions work on your server, so we can rule that out too.

Since you don’t see any emails in your Spam folder, we’re left with only a few solutions:

1. Your server blocks the outgoing emails generated by Jetpack.
2. Your email provider filters out Jetpack Contact form emails before they reach your inbox.

To find out more, I’d suggest changing the email address listed in the contact form shortcode, and use a completely different one, hosted with a different email provider (Yahoo instead of Gmail for example). This way, if you still do not receive emails we’ll be able to rule 2), and we’ll know the problem is caused by 1).

@techretaries since you’re using gmail, it’s important to note that you MUST send your messages through smtp.gmail.com using authentication. Since a test message from yourself to yourself ended up in spam, my guess is you are not sending your mail through Gmail, and it’s not unusual for Gmail to dump those messages.
