I’ve been having trouble with the Jetpack plugin. It randomly started a week ago or so. Then this week, I wasn’t able to write blog posts or go into the admin section of my website. The only way I was able to go to my admin section is when I went to the “recovery-safe mode”. The website immediately said that there’s an error with the jetpack plugin. I ended up deactivating it.

I’ve tried installing and uninstalling. The only thing that I have been able to do is disactivate it. I still want to be able to use Jetpack, but when I spoke to my hosting site tech service, they said it’s something they can’t do on my end, because it has to do with the actual plugin being corrupted.

I don’t know what to do at this point. Help!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.

Could you give us more details about the errors that triggered Recovery mode? If you received an email about this, the error should be mentioned at the bottom of the email, and could tell us more about what’s causing the issue.

    Thank you.

Thank you. It seems you’re running into a problem that we introduced in Jetpack 9.2. We’re currently working on getting this fixed. Until then, you can follow the instructions here to find out more and solve the issue on your site:
