Trying to hide the custom fields using the settings field that is located in the Client Portal settings area.

I have inputted all the fields I want to hide separated by commas. Using no spaces except when they are in the actual field name itself.

The fields still show up in the Client Portal no matter what I try. I even tried using an incognito tab in Chrome but it doesn’t matter, still happens.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there!

I’m going to try to help you with this issue. I assume you are specifically using the custom fields you created for the contacts. Now, in the Client Portal setting page (Fields to hide), you have to use the “slug” part of the custom field, for example for a custom field with the name “Special hidden field” the slug will be “special-hidden-field”, so for hiding the fields on the Client Portal you have to use the slug, “special-hidden-field”.

Here you can see a screenshot with the custom field:

Thanks. I hope I have helped you.
