Hi @saqib109,
I’m not able to reproduce the issue on Twenty Twenty-Two theme. I suspect the issue is either related to the specific WP user, or there may be theme/plugin conflict.
Would you try the following to troubleshoot:
– Can you try going through the password reset flow by clicking “Lost Password” and trying again?
– Can you try logging in as different CRM contact by creating a test CRM contact? Try password reset flow for this user as well.
– Can you disable all plugins except for Jetpack CRM and use the default WP theme such as Twenty Seventeen, and try logging in again?
For plugin/theme test, if you don’t want to change the look and functionality of your live site, I recommend using a staging site. Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

If you’d prefer we troubleshoot on your live site, we recommend using the Health Check plugin:

When utilizing the troubleshooting mode, your currently logged in user is given a stripped down version of WordPress, where all plugins are disabled and one of the default themes is activated.
It is important to note that this is only the case for your user, it does not affect any other site visitors, or users of your site, for them the theme will be the same, and all plugins will still be running as before.
When in troubleshooting mode you are able to verify if a problem still exists in a basic WordPress setup, thus helping us identify and fixing a bug others may be encountering, or finding out which plugin or your theme is causing the problems so that you can report this to the applicable authors.

I hope that helps! Let us know how that goes.
