Update: Not sure why but problem resolved itself. Maybe purging of cache did the trick.

    Hi there,

I try to open a customer info form (name, Email etc) using JetPack CRM shortcode

    [jetpackcrm_form id=”1″ style=”naked”]

I put this code in contents block of a ‘popup maker’ Pop up
I added a button calling the pop up (button shows, pop up shows
but in pop up I don’t get the fields shown, but a message

crm forms: you have not entered a style in your form shortcode

As you can see above in the shortcode block, I added the style “naked” I actually copied the whole shortcode as suggested when creating the form)

Any idea what can be wrong here? Inspecting the code, I can see that the form fields are actually sent to the browser, but it apparently checks something before displaying them and thinks something is wrong.

    Any help appreciated,
    Pascal.

  • hi,
i just stumbled across the same problem. clearing the cache did not solve it – although i definded the “naked”-style in the shortcode, the page reports the style was missing.
    can anybody help?
