    Hi there,

I am having trouble downloading pdf invoices. I know the how to do it and I haven’t changed any of the settings from last week, when I last downloaded invoice pdf’s. When I select “download pdf” from the options within the invoice i’m creating, a BLANK invoice does download with only my logo, but WITHOUT any of the numbers, dates, quantities, or descriptions.

The invoicing system is still working through client portal, links, and email, however, I need to download a pdf as I usually do.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @angelicalflowers,

I couldn’t replicate this issue on our end on the latest Jetpack CRM (5.4.2).

That said, I’d like to check a couple of things to help you troubleshoot:

    – Would you share your PHP and Jetpack CRM versions?
    – Would you share any updates you’ve made to your site when the issue first started? For example, did you update any plugins, or theme?
    – Would you check the invoice template settings and make sure fonts are installed? https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/using-custom-fonts-in-crm-pdfs-e-g-invoice-templates/
    – Would you check and make sure you are using default invoice template file? https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/templating-how-to-change-templates-pdfs-portal-emails/#template-file-variations

If you still run into issues after testing the above, would you share your site health information via this form below, so we can take a closer look?

    https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/reporting-bugs-to-us/

You can use WordPress Site Health feature to send us some more information about your site:

    – In your WP Admin dashboard menu, click **Tools**, then select **Site Health**.
    – Click *Info* at the top of the page.
    – Click the ‘Copy site info to clipboard’ button
    – Paste this information into your reply.`

Please include the URL reference to this forum thread in the bug report ticket.

    Thanks!

    I have the same problem.

    CRM version is 5.4.3
    The default font is installed
    PHP v8.1
Using the default invoice template file

    This is very annoying.

I have tried everything now and I am not closer to understanding this issue.

Where exactly do I find these so called template files mentioned in your links above? I don’t see anything in the WordPress plugins folder for these. Where are they? And where are we supposed to add the code to make the thing that was working work again?

    ??

    Hi @amazulu and @angelicalflowers

I suspect this has to do with the type of font. The latest version of Jetpack CRM (v.5.4.4) includes font-related fix for PDF generations.

If you haven’t already done so, would you try updating Jetpack CRM to v.5.4.4 and try generating PDF from Invoices again, and see if the issue persists? Please specify which software you’re using to view the PDF.

If you could share the screenshot of what you’re seeing, that’d be very helpful. You can use https://snipboard.io.

    Best,
    Alba

I see also this error message:
PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /var/www/html/…/www/wp-content/plugins/zero-bs-crm/vendor/dompdf/dompdf/lib/Cpdf.php on line 5139, referer: https://…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=zbs-add-edit&action=edit&zbstype=quote&zbsid=19
From the lastest release 5.7.0 and the exported pdf content has no content ??

@limogin Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome guidelines?

    Thank you!
