When I go to look at the settings or dashboard it is blank. I went there because the plugin is no longer available when working on a post to use things like the short url or any AI tool like I did last week.

I deactivated it, removed it, installed it again, cleared cache between each step, tried multiple browsers, and it continues to fail. I also now have a message that I must upgrade to see stats which seems new. This after the last update I did last night.

    Hi there,

Do I get it right the blank screen issue is resolved now. I can see that you have the latest version of Jetpack active.

Regarding the stats upgrade notice – your site is classified as commercial since it’s selling products. We have introduced changes to our plans and right now free access to Jetpack Stats is available on personal, non-commercial sites only. Commercial sites require a paid subscription. You can read more in Jetpack Stats Plan: Free or?Paid.

I hope this clears things up, but please let me know if you have any further questions!

After 24 hours, the pages like settings that provided no data came back to ‘normal’ and all looked well. The notice for upgrading came at the same time and it looked like most functionality went away and required an upgrade, not just stats.

    Thanks!

I also need help and I don’t understand what was done to remedy the Jetpack subtopics all blank issue above. I am not a commercial site. I’m running WP 6.7.1. My theme is old and only uses widgets and I need to move to blocks, so per instructions I want to go into Jetpack settings but it’s blank, as are all the sub-menus under settings. Even the “help” submenu!

Any suggestions how to get Jetpack up and running?

    Please note I am a non-tech user of wordpress…
