Jetpack Dashboard Errror

Hi @saimrasheed, would you be willing to check whether you have the same issue in another browser? This looks like something could be blocked.

I have Checked in Incognito Window same issue.

This looks more like something is blocking our resources from loading, like an ad or tracker blocker. Checking in Incognito won’t be enough for that.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

I have tried browser cache. installed fresh chrome.

Still same issue.

Also when i tried to click on Installed Plugin option in wordpress it redirects me to 404 page,

If the Plugins page in your Dashboard goes to a 404, that’s a much bigger problem and definitely not related to Jetpack.

Most likely, when whatever is causing that is cleared up, Jetpack will also work.

I recommend posting about the 404 on your Plugins page at https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

but sir. there is no link of jetpack with that installed plugin page. the jetpack should needs to setup and work work after installing

also there are no errrors in the error log

Now the Install Plugin Page is working fine. i have checked in incognito window as well as in opera too. The Installed Plugin Link is Now opening.

I have installed jetpack again. but still same issue for jtpack. the dashboard is not opening

@saimrasheed what browser plugins are you using? And, have you tried a completely different browser, such as Firefox? That would most likely address problems like browser settings or extensions.

I have Tried in Chrome,incognito & Opera
