Jetpack disconnected itself?

I installed jetpack and activated it a few weeks back on a clients site and today when i went in to check stats it was completely disconnected – has this happened to anyone else? Now i have lost stats i needed for a fb ad campaign i am running, is there a way to get the missing weeks back?
