    Hi there,

It seems like you’ve already attempted a plugin conflict test. Since the issue persists, I recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to troubleshoot without affecting your live site. This plugin can help you identify whether a theme or plugin conflicts with Jetpack without impacting the user experience on your site.

Here is the guide on how to use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin:?Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin guide.

Additionally, you could check the server error logs, which might provide more insights into what’s causing Jetpack to deactivate. Please check with your hosting provider on how to access these logs if you’re not familiar with the process.

Lastly, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Jetpack and WordPress, and that all other plugins and themes are up to date.

    Thank you!

    Hello @rayeason,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Hello and thank you for your update and checking on me.

I have removed memcache and installed php opcode cache.

Additionally, I had a rest API plugin logging information for another developer, which I flushed.

The site has been connected to jetpack for 2-3 days now with no issues.

I will keep you up to date.

    Thanks again.
