Yes that i what I am referring to, I am unable to change the email address it says that it is already being used. The URL is liverpoolnorthcentral.org.uk.

If you are receiving a message that the email you are trying to change it to is already being used, that means it is currently connected to another WordPress.com account. You can only use your email with one WordPress.com account at a time.

Do you happen to know of another WordPress.com account that the email could be connected to?

That is the issue I am not aware of another account linked to the email address that I want to change too.

What I would do is have a password reset link sent to the email that is already connected to the WordPress.com account. If you have access to the email, a link would be sent for you to change the password of the connected WordPress.com account. That will get you the information about the account.

I have tried the password reset link but it says the account has been deleted, and to use the account recovery form, which I have tried with no success.
