Jetpack Email notification Not Working

As an extra feature in the new Jetpack, WordPress included these two email notification options for subscribers:
Notify me of follow-up comments by email.
Notify me of new posts by email.
This is found below the comments.
I tested and it’s not working at all, anyone having the same issue?
