• I upgraded to 3.5, and now both of my WP sites stopped working. IE9 displays a “Server 500” error, other browsers just display a blank page.

    I have a 3rd site on the same server that uses PHP and it works fine — it’s just the WP sites.

    The server log is showing “No such file or directory in /home2/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 4413”

    Line 4413 of jetpack.php is:

    require_once dirname( __FILE__ ) . ‘/class.jetpack-user-agent.php’;

    Any clue what’s wrong?

  • If I were you, I would delete jetpack and then re-install it. I’m not sure if that will fix it, but it’s worth trying.

    I’d try that, but I can’t even reach the Admin panel. Nothing PHP seems to work on the 2 WP sites I have.

    Good News — from my host site I was able to do a rollback to 3.4.2, and both sites work fine.
