jetpack error : IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed

  • Hello,
    I have been dealing with jetpack for nearly 3 days now.

    first, it was not able to connect wordpress.com from my site, I contacted my host to fix that
    then it connected once,but I had to reupload my website and database

    I reuploaded everyhing now I am getting this error:
    IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed
    it says my site is not publicly available but it is

    (digitalhaber.com)

    what can I do in this situation?
