Jetpack Error Message – Help Please

I took a look for you and your Jetpack connection looks great. Do you only get that error message in the email? Does it show anywhere on your site? If so, could you give me some more information on what you’re seeing?

Could you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?

You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

After I posted this i reverted the site back to the previous version without the updatesbas noted in my initial post.

Are you basing your response that it looks great on having looked at my actual site or the error report of Jetpack and debug info?

The site you looked at was my site with no errors from Jetpack.

I didn’t see anything visibly wrong with my site after updating Jetpack but i received an email stating the error I posted here.

Sorry for any confusion. Does this make sense?

Do i need to upgrade again so you can see the site with the error?

I can see you’ve mentioned that the error disappeared after reverting the website to a previous version however, it’s not clear to me what you’ve specifically upgraded there, so I’d appreciate it if you gave us more details.

When making the upgrade you get an error email; however, does this reflect in any error showing on your WP-Admin dashboard or server logs? A screenshot would definitely be helpful, as I wouldn’t worry much about the error if it’s only showing on the email you receive when upgrading.

Yes, I reverted it back to just before I updated JetPack. The debug information below is the current state and this was the current state before I updated JetPack. I reverted back because of the error message regarding JetPack. Yes, everything might appear fine but I don’t know if it’s affecting the site behind the scenes. How do I know the errors are irrelevant? I’ve never had this issue before.

I made some tests on your site and there is something installed on the site that’s causing problems.

The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:

* **Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and [clear your browser’s cache](https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#browser-cache).**

Then check your error logs. If the error doesn’t occur, then you know another plugin is conflicting here.

You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking your error logs after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem. You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.

* If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme. **Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like [Twenty Twenty-One](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwentyone/).**

Then check your error logs. If the error doesn’t occur, then you know it’s a problem with the theme. You can contact whoever makes the theme for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
