JetPack for WordPress using youtube channel

Hello,

Are you sure that issue has been caused by YouTube Channel? Can you disable YTC and then add more than one widget from other plugin or Text Widget w/o Jetpack error?

If you already done that, can you please provide more details about your installation and issue, as noted in topic https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/ytc3-read-before-you-post-support-question-or-report-bug?replies=1

Also:

1. What Jetpack modules you use
2. What Theme you use
3. What other plugins you use

I could not reproduce issue in locally hosted development environment, so need more details about issue and configuration as noted above.

maybe i should had posted a full detail. to how i found out this plugin is causing as issue with jetpack and not go in circle with your ridiculous automated reply asking me if I’m sure you tube channel is causing an issue.

I spent 6 hours checking every plugin trying to narrow down which plugin is causing the issue and i repeated it several time to make sure.

I have two website running your plugin and i do have jetpack installed for both sites.one of my website i have only one widget installed and it’s not having issue with jetpack connection ok, now for my other website after installing more then one WIDGET, it’s causing connection issue with jetpack.If i remove the two widgets then issue will go away.

How you implemented/inserted YTC to website
by shortcode – provide exact shortcode syntax you use, and where you put shortcode (text widget, page, post, visual page builder, etc)
by widget – in which widget area you put widget (left/right sidebar, footer, etc), and provide JSON configuration file (look at the bottom of widget configuration dialog, you’ll find link to generate JSON file for that widget)

Describe how YTC stop to work – if you get some error message, take a screenshot

Please, provide also screenshot with error you experiencing. As I mentioned before, I can’t reproduce issue on website with active JetPack, so need ‘guide’ to reproduce issue.

And please tell me when issue occurs:

1. When you add second YTC widget in back-end on Widgets page
2. When you add second YTC widget in Customizer
3. Error stay all time until second YTC widget is removed

And please make screenshot of error (I belive you experiencing issue, but I need to see where you getting error).

The ironic thing is it don’t show any errors, i even checked my server logs. it just an issue that while having more then one widget, jetpack won’t connect.Give me a few I’ll activate wp debug and logging to see what i get from there.
