Jetpack form not working at all

    Hi

    I’m having trouble with the Jetpack form – it doesn’t submit at all. No entries in the feedback menu on the dashboard and no emails are sent. I’ve tried various themes and the problem is consistent. I’ve also tried installing the email check plugin and this sends mails ok, but nothing comes through from the form.

    I also tried installing Caldera Forms and this also fails.

    In both cases, the contact form page seems to send but there is no success/error message displayed and with Jetpack forms the form is reset, with Caldera it simply stays with a disabled submit button. In testing each of these form plugins I have disabled the other to avoid conflicts.

    I thought I could solve it by installing Postman. I did this and configured it. Still no change!

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Sounds like a JavaScript conflict have you tried your test using the WordPress default theme and with all other plugins disabled?

    Yes, it was a JavaScript conflict with Polylang. As I need to implement this site in 2 languages, I now need to find an alternative plugin to support this bilingual content and language switching…
