I realize now that the string you mentioned cannot be translated at the moment. Another Jetpack user reported the same issue a few weeks ago, and we’ll get this fixed in a future Jetpack release.

@enri1968 We’ve now fixed the issue. Starting in Jetpack 2.6, you will be able to translate that string too.
