Jetpack Gallery Displays poorly in IE 11

  • When I open a Gallery Image in IE 11 it is displaying with the image off to the right and the left side all black space.

    In Chrome, however, it displays centered as I’d expect it to.

    Is this a known issue or is there a workaround?

    Am using 2014 theme.
