Jetpack gallery image title

    Hi, would it be possible to have the title of an image in a Jetpack gallery visible all the time and not just when one hovers over the image with the cursor? I’d like to have it like that on this website https://www.purrfect-ceramics.co.uk Any help appreciated. Thanks.
