    when active plugin down my site load very slow im on professional plan idont use plugin anymore im on dreampress when to load page of plugins see JetPack generates Error 500 when activated Nightmare im disable it im using woocommerce and wpml multi lang with nagix server and vrinsh cache php7.2 every thing go right when active plugin site down every functional get slow!!!

    Hi there,

    Please try disabling all other plugins and switching your site to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, then install and activate Jetpack. Does it still give a 500 error? If not, it means there’s a conflict with another plugin on the site, or with your theme.

    It’s also possible that a file became corrupted during installation. In that case please log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:

    You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

    
    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER
    

    If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.
