    De plus quand je suis le “debug” et que je clique sur le lien , j’ai ce message

    Hi there,

    You should now be able to login again, and this issue shouldn’t repeat itself. Jetpack’s Protect function looks at the incoming IP address when you try to login, and compares it against our network of blocked IPs. This works pretty well, unless Jetpack’s Protect is being told the wrong IP address by your site’s server. In your case, your server was reporting its own IP address to Protect, which is why it was blocked. This meant that every single time someone with a WordPress site on your site’s server entered the wrong password, we thought it was the same person. If your hosting provider has several hundred WordPress sites on the same server/IP, that adds up fast, leading to a ban on the IP.

    I’ve made a couple of changes on our side, and Jetpack’s Protect feature will now determine incoming IP addresses a different way. You’re still protected!

    I am exhausted that Jetpack lock my login to my backoffice
    Please how to stop definitely that inconvenient
    I need to work on my website at any moment, I do not need that Jetpack lock !

    Cela devient problématique car même problème il y 15 jours.
    Quelle est la procédure définitive pour ne plus avoie ce probleme ?
    – Supprimer l’option de protection de jetpack ?

    @philk34 Looking at your site’s log in page right now, you seem to be using 3 different plugins to protect your log in form:

    That seems like a bit too much, and it is very likely that some of those plugins will conflict with each other. I would recommend that you try to deactivate 2 of those solutions, and only keep one. I would personally recommend that you only keep Jetpack’s Protect feature since it also protects your site’s /xmlrpc.php file against brute force attacks, but that is up to you!

    Once you have only one solution in play, things should work better.

    I never attempted login even twice as the password is saved… still jetpack locked my admin id. and on trying to retrieve with

    Getting {“error”:”Bad Request”,”message”:”Invalid input.”} on trying to open the lock from email.

    I understand that I am also using many apps for login protection but till now for 2 years I never had any issue, then why all of a sudden now.

    And how to remove the lock. restarting the comp obviously didn’t work.

    This website is locked and not able to login due to JETPack security and even im trying to follow instruction its not allowing!
