    Hi,

    I have bought this site & when I first attempt to login I get this message. When I entered the email address of the seller, I get Oops, we couldn’t find a user with that email. Please try again!

    Can someone please tell me how I can get past this JetPack screen?

    If Jetpack Protect has locked you out, you can find instructions for troubleshooting that here:

    If the instructions sent by @drawmyface didn’t work, you can ask to your hosting support to deactivate Jetpack via their end to guarantee direct access to the site.

    After you update your user (with a new password), you can ask them to reactivate the plugin for you. This way the login should work with Jetpack Protect activated.
