    Hello, I have a problem. Jetpack blocked me and after logging in to the website panel, this message appears: Your IP address?35.225.73.6?has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email.?Learn More.

    I checked with different IPs and nothing, the effect is still the same. I can’t log in to the WP panel.

    Hey @transplanner – In general Jetpack will unlock your login page automatically after few hours but if you still can’t access the login page of the website, could you please follow the steps we have provided here to check if that help you?

    However, on my side your login page is looking unblocked ? Here is the screenshot.

    Thank you for the information in advance.

    Unfortunately, the website panel is still blocked. After entering the email, the system throws two errors – they are on the screenshot. Translating them:

    1. The username field is empty
    2. The password field is empty.

    Therefore, it is not possible to send any e-mail. I have already provided different emails and the effect is still the same.

    We didn’t received the screenshots you mentioned, unfortunately. I also checked the IP you reported being flagged, and it looks unlocked at our end.

    Could you please clear your browser cache one more time and try to log in to your site again? It’d be useful to try another internet network as well.

    If that doesn’t help and you’re still locked out, we’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening. Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread? Thanks ??

    Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, nothing worked – clearing the cache, incognito mode in the browser. I sent a request via the contact form.
