    Hello,

This weekend I made the decision to move hosting from hostgator to WordPress Pro. When I did this, the Jetpack account that I purchased prior to the move disconnected from my hostgator site, and automatically switched to the Jetpack associated with wordpress pro which was attached to another site/business of mine.I had my site hosted through host gator allowing me to buy the Jetpack plugin and manage it on my own. I was having connection issues with my site prior to finally deciding to have WordPress host so things run more smoothly. When I connected my site to WordPress, my Jetpack plugin stopped working and it automatically connected me to this one (which is connected to LIFT as well) so I have no information or stored backups with this Jetpack. I am not getting an error code yet beside when I go to the Jetpack website it says I am not connected to any site. My guess is that since I have moved over, the Jetpack key from when I was with hostgator is no longer working because you can’t have more than one jetpack account attached to a site is my guess. Is there any way to manually import a backup through Jetpack?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
