Jetpack incompatibility issues

It seems that jetpack is incompatible with Namesco hosting because of the
xmlrpc.php script, and therefor cannot be activated on my site.
Have been advised to switch hosting – but to which company, as I understand that this issue also arises with other hosting companies.
