Jetpack Incorrect Subscriber Count

  • Hello,
    I have WordPress.com Followers (304) and Email-only Followers (6,960). But every time on the home page jetpack is showing only total 5680 followers.
    But,

    after landing on home page, when I click on any other category/post/page/, it’s showing correct number of followers 7268..
    Any quick help would be appreciated.
