Jetpack Infinite Scroll with page numbers in URL

You will need to set wrapper to true, in the function adding Infinite Scroll support to your theme. Once you have done so, the page numbers will be updated as you scroll down the page.

Ah I see the page numbers doesn’t work properly with isotope plugin. Is this because the wrapper can’t detect the page number properly when the item positions are absolute?

I’m not familiar with your Isotope plugin, but if you find conflicts between this plugin and Infinite Scroll, you can have a look at the instructions here to trigger your plugin when a new page is loaded:
