I try to install Jetpack plug-in, but appears the message: “the directory already exists”.
However, Jatpack is not in the list of installed plug-ins … how can I do it?
    Thanks
    Gio.

Hi Gio, can you use your host’s file manager to see if wp-content/plugins already has a Jetpack folder? If it does, you can delete that then try again.

the folder is there, but can I delete it without creating problems for the rest?

Deleting the Jetpack folder shouldn’t affect any other plugin on your site.
