    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you try to deactivate Jetpack, completely delete the plugin, and then download and install it again?

Let me know if it helps.

Could you try to add the following to your theme’s functions.php, and then try to install and connect Jetpack to WordPress.com once again?

    delete_option( 'jetpack_options' );

Let me know how it goes.

@faheemraza Could you try that last link I posted above? It’s an even newer version of Jetpack, and hopefully it should solve the issue.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I’m sorry that didn’t work!

    Could you try the following:

    1. Go to the Plugins menu in your dashboard.
    2. Deactivate the Jetpack plugin.
    3. Delete the Jetpack plugin.
    4. Follow the instructions here to access your PHPadmin: https://wpengine.com/support/how-do-i-access-my-database-where-is-phpmyadmin/
    5. Locate the table named wp_options (wp is an example here, it could be anything)
    6. Click on it.
    7. Click on the “Search” tab.
    8. Type %jetpack_options% in the Option name field.
    9. Search.
    10. Delete the results that come up.
    11. Go back to your site’s dashboard and upload and activate that version of the plugin I linked to earlier.

Let me know how that goes.
