• I upgraded my Jetpack and all I get is a blank screen and can’t access any of the back office unless I go into my FTP and either delete or rename Jetpack. I’ve deactivated all plugins and then re-installed Jetback…no good. I’ve re-updated the wordpress itself and then re-installed Jetpack…no good.

    When I upgraded to 1.8.2 it didn’t work, so when the 1.8.3 was released I figured it would…still no good.

    A blank screen is a PHP error. In most cases like this, it is usually a PHP memory limit issue. So two things to try:

    1 – Increase PHP memory limit

    2 – Look at your server’s error logs (or contact your web host to have them look) and see what is going on.
