JetPack Issue with VEGA Theme

  • Hi There,

    I purchased the Theme below it does not work with the JetPack plugin php errors are below. I am using WordPress 4.2.3 on the site.

    If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    I do see that the Vega theme has their own support set up via Themeforest at https://themeforest.net/item/photography-portfolio-gallery-vega-theme/9678282/support where they are quite responsive.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    If you do feel that this is a JetPack specific issue (it shouldn’t be if JetPack works with the default themes) then you may wish to drop by their forums at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/jetpack, but I would try the theme vendor first ??
