• I use the Jetpack Manage plugin to manage several self-hosted sites from the wordpress.com console. It used to work when I clicked update all plugins on all sites.

Now all I get is errors: There were errors updating Contact Form DB on 9 sites, etcetera, etcetera.

I also tried it last week when there were 8 plugins that needed to be updated on 9 sites, and it failed in the same way.

Unfortunately, the errors are not very helpful since they don’t tell you WHY it failed.

    Any ideas?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for the help. I went to one of the sites that won’t update and ran the debugger with no issues. I also checked the problem plugin list and I don’t have any of those plugins installed. Also, the server is on port 80.
