    Hi @ruba1956

Looking at the sites, I see that they all have different numbers of plugins installed:

    – Sweetteddyfriends.nl – 18
    – hamstersweets.nl – 39
    – bunnysweets.nl – 41

I would recommend turning off all but the Jetpack, Jetpack Boost, and Elementor and seeing if you have the issue on the affected sites. Then, enable your plugins one at a time — testing along the way — to see if one of the plugins is affecting this. My hunch is that one of the plugins that are installed on the 2 sites that are having the issue (but not on the one that is working) is causing the issue.

Let us know what you find out.

    Hello,

I discovered that there are 2 plugins that causes this problem.
One is EWWW image optimizer plugin which I was testing on hamstersweets.nl and removed now.
Two is the Complianz-GDPR plugin used on both webshops.
Are there any issues that you know with Complianz-GDPR plugin ?
Can you recommend another good free plugin instead ?

    Kindly regards,

    Ruud

    Hi Ruud

We have encountered issues previously with the Complianz-GDPR plugin, although not specifically with Jetpack Boost. You could try disabling the plugin’s Jetpack integration: Navigate to “Complianz > Integrations > Plugins” and disable the slider next to Jetpack.

Aside from that, I’m not familiar with other GDPR plugins, and can’t advise on legal requirements, but Jetpack has its own features to help with GDPR compliance, which you may want to read about here: https://jetpack.com/gdpr/
